The Carolina Beach Fishing Center's knowledgeable charter captains will get you and your party right in the middle of the action.

Deep-sea charters reach the Gulf Stream quickly in pursuit of marlin, tuna, dolphin, king mackerel, grouper, snapper, and sailfish. In-shore fishing charters find flounder, red drum, trout, bluefish, Spanish mackerel, and more. A marina with two launching ramps and more than 40 boat slips is located at the junction of Snow's Cut and the Cape Fear River. Fuel, snacks and restrooms are available in the marina building. Showers are provided for slip renters. Tidal waters may be rough at times; exercise cautious seamanship.

This city marina, located off the ICW (marker 296) at the southern end of the channel in Carolina Beach, is dedicated to fishing charter and party boats. Eight (8) transient slips are available to the public (free for up to3 hours) for non-commercial boats under 25'. Mooring in the marina is tight. Major Interstate arteries are I-40 & I-95 but other popular routes include Highways 17, 74/76, & 117. Merge into 421 South and turn left onto Carl Winner Drive.
