Mikie Wall, Vice President of Sales & Services

Markets: Small Meetings, Weddings, Reunions, Group Tours, Sports

Mikie Wall has spent her entire career in the tourism industry with over 20 years as a tour operator, serving for ten years on the Board of the National Tour Association (NTA), and as its President for one year.  Additionally she was employed as the tourism sales manager at the Charlotte Convention & Visitors Bureau and immediately prior to coming to the Wilmington and Beaches CVB, spent 11 years at the North Carolina Division of Tourism, Film & Sports as Director of Trade Development.  

Wall joined the CVB team in Wilmington in 2007.  She loves all of the hands-on activities the area offers for groups, so don't be surprised to find her throwing a pot, blowing glass, making a basket or some other enjoyable challenge.

Jennifer Hooks, Sales Coordinator

Jennifer Hooks joined the CVB in 2011 and provides day-to-day support to the CVB sales staff. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, she has a background in sports marketing at the collegiate and professional levels.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending free time with family and friends and fishing the waters of the area’s three colorful island beaches.
