Enjoy an exhibition of NC state parks depicted in lush detail by visual storyteller Robert Johnson. This colorful exhibit is comprised of elaborate paintings of flora and fauna, as well as samples of his well-known notebook pages with annotated sketchbook drawings describing field observations of plants, flowers, and birds, along with other illustrated and hand-lettered notes.  Johnson has previously documented his explorations of nature on three continents in pencil, acrylic, and gouache on paper and canvas for over 40 years, and offers a unique perspective from his intimate explorations.
