Nestled on brick-paved South Fourth Street, this is the former home to historic artist Henry MacMillan. Each of the four rooms has unique décor and distinctive personality (including three with claw-foot bath tubs). Choose from the Crane Suite, Henry’s Room, Jane’s Room (named for Henry’s mother) and the Tuscany Room. Great food and gracious service in a relaxed atmosphere begins with coffee delivered to your door, followed by a sumptuous breakfast. A long veranda, with a mural painted by a local artist, provides a view of the lush garden of azaleas, magnolias, ferns and camellias.

At Camellia Cottage Bed & Breakfast, we are especially fond of February as it is the birthday month of our beloved Sparky. In his honor, we dedicate the month of February here as SPARKFEST. To celebrate, we will donate all pet fees received in February to Monty’s Home (www.montyshome.org), a doggie rescue/adoption organization that has many services for doggies in need. We will also have special treats for doggies and humans alike all month long.
