Wilmington, N.C. - March 24, 2026: Wilmington and its island beaches will see a busy spring season in meeting activity this March and April, as travel industry partners welcome attendees for three major conferences and meetings. All events will take place at the Wilmington Convention Center.

Event Details:

  • NC School Administrators 2026 Annual Conference
    • Dates: March 25-27, 2026
    • Expected number of attendees: 400
    • This conference is tailored for district and school leaders, providing a unique opportunity to connect with and learn alongside their peers from across the state. This year is especially meaningful as NCASA marks the 50th anniversary of its founding in 1976.
  • 2026 Southeast Region Federal Construction, Infrastructure, and Environmental Summit
    • Dates: April 14-16, 2026
    • Expected number of attendees: 850
    • The purpose of the Summit is to bring together representatives of the Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Fort Liberty, Marine Corps Installations East, Seymour Johnson AFB, other Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps installations, US Coast Guard, Department of Veterans Affairs, General Services Administration, other federal agencies, general and specialty contractors, designers and construction suppliers from throughout the Southeast of the United States.
  • Builders FirstSource 2026 Mid-Atlantic Region Sales and Leadership Meeting
    • Dates: April 21-24, 2026
    • Expected number of attendees: 500
    • Builders FirstSource is the nation’s largest supplier of structural building products, value-added components and services to the professional market for new residential construction and repair and remodeling. This event provides an opportunity for regional leaders and sales teams to unite for discussion and education.

Over the course of these dates in March and April, hundreds of conference attendees will stay in a variety of local hotels and support local restaurants, businesses and attractions.
