Enjoy Lunch to Dinner in casual luxury on the second floor of new Embassy Suites’ Hotel. Enjoy sweeping views of the river seen through floor-to-ceiling windows as you dine on seafood (including a low country boil, diver scallops and crab cakes) as well as Duroc pork, free-range chicken and steaks. All dishes are designed by Chef Tyler Powell. Daily Dinner specials will feature fresh catch as well as butcher’s selection of hand-cut meats. Lunch customers will find a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches, in addition to more substantial plates such as steak frites, seared salmon along with Signature Sandwiches: Pimento Grilled Cheese and Steam’s version of a Fried Oyster Po-boy. Not yet… but coming in Spring, 2018… the Restaurant will expand to include a ninth floor restaurant and bar with a 50 seat indoor/outdoor terrace, the No. 9 Rooftop Bar (scheduled to open March, 2018), as well as an expanded offering of Brunch to those not registered Hotel guests.
