Nation’s First USCT Park Opens in Wilmington

Wilmington’s Cameron Art Museum (CAM) is excited to open the nation’s first United States Colored Troops (USCT) Park, which serves as a place for the community to come together and reflect on the contributions of USCT Regiment soldiers and look forward to the future.
